CA Final


About the Course

CA Final is the last and most advanced level of the Chartered Accountancy course, conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). It prepares candidates to handle high-level Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Management responsibilities.


Subjects of Study

The CA Final syllabus consists of two groups with a total of six papers:

Group I:
  1. Financial Reporting
  2. Advanced Financial Management
  3. Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics
Group II:
  1. Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation
  2. Indirect Tax Laws
  3. Integrated Business Solution

Eligibility

  • Must have cleared CA Intermediate (both groups)
  • Must have completed Articleship Training (2 years minimum) before appearing for the Final exams

Registration Fees

₹22,000 for both groups (Payable directly to ICAI)

  • Typically, 10 to 12 months of advanced coaching
